One of my proudest achievements is the creation of 'Mango Lassi Mochi Ice Cream,' a delightful treat that combines my Korean/Indian heritage and cherished memories from my childhood. It became a hit at farmers' markets and even won 1st place at the National Gelato Festival, boosting my confidence in expressing my unique perspective through creative endeavors.
