Always Brainstorming

Fueled by Color Schemes, Fresh Perspectives, and Iced Espresso

When I was 7 or 8 years old, I was a procrastinating Girl Scout. I would go door to door, trying to sell cookies to neighbors who had already made their purchases from others weeks before. Still, I would start conversations with them, asking about their home, pets, kids, etc... and eventually they would happily insist on buying a couple boxes of cookies from me. For a while I thought this meant that I was a good salesperson. Then I realized that I simply had a genuine interest in people and their stories. I recognize that time now, as a foreshadowing of what would always drive my endeavors.
